Your A&D Medical Instrument is warranted against any defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty covers both parts and labour, and the device will be repaired without charge upon return of the instrument to A&D Medical Pty Ltd, throughout the warranty period. Under the terms of this warranty the repair or replacement of any part shall be of the opinion of the company or its authorised repair agent. This warranty only applies provided that the instrument has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, under normal use and reasonable care (in the opinion of the Company). Said warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering, or use for a purpose which it was not designed or suited. The warranty is additional to any condition, warranty, right or liability implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State and Territory legislation.
