A&D Medical Servicing & Repairs.

A&D Medical is currently the only authorised repairer for A&D Medical Blood Pressure Monitors and Thermometers, and have a repair/servicing turn-a-round schedule of 5 working days from the time the service department receive the item. There are however a number of authorised repair/servicing agents for scales, so to find an authorised scale servicing/repair agent please contact A&D Medical on 1800 011 112.

Important Information:

  • If you have not lodged your warranty card with A&D Medical, and you wish to claim a repair/servicing under the warranty terms and conditions, you must included a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase when you send your item back to our service department.
  • To assist the A&D Medical service department in fixing your item's problem quickly and efficiently, we request that contact details and a clear description of the problem is included with the item being returned.
  • If  the A&D Medical service department find (during the warranty period) that a problem with the item in for service/repair is due to being clearly misused or tampered with by the owner, the service department will charge for repair.
  • All out of warranty repairs of Home Healthcare Blood Pressure Monitors incur a $67.80 fixed price repair fee. This fee includes all testing, faulty parts replaced and the cost of sending the item back to you.
  • All out of warranty repairs/servicing of Professional Blood Pressure Monitors will be quoted on an individual basis.
  • Please check your instruction manual or the Frequently Asked Question section of this website prior to sending your monitor in to ensure that the answer to your problem is not already listed.
  • Please ensure that your name and address is clearly printed on the package before it is sent.
  • Repair/servicing may be delayed in the following circumstances:
    1. A&D Medical need to contact the customer about their repair but no contact telephone number has been included with the monitor.
    2. The A&D Medical service department have not been able to contact the customer between 8.30 am and 5pm Monday-Friday.
    3. All out of warranty repairs must be paid for prior to unit being returned.
